NPC is committed to welcoming persons with disabilities who are accompanied by a support person. Any person with a disability who is accompanied by one support person shall be allowed to enter NPC’s premises with his or her support person. At no time shall a person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person be prevented from having access to his or her support person while on NPC premises.

NPC may require that a person with a disability is accompanied by their support person at a specific loction if a support person is necessary to protect the health and safety of the person with a disability, or the health and safety of others. This requirement is communicated through the NPC website and at the specific location. This would include but is not limited to such venues as Niagara’s Fury, Journey Behind the Falls and the Whirlpool Aero Car.

At attractions which have paid admission, the support person will be admitted for free.
