A Permit is required to hold a Group Picnic at the Pavilions at McFarland Point Park, Queenston Heights Park, Niagara Glen, Kingsbridge Park and Old Fort Erie.
The Niagara Parks Commission - Community Services department handles all bookings for these permits. Reservations for the upcoming season will only be taken after February 1st of each year.
Pavilion Rental Fees are as follows: (shown in Canadian dollars, plus GST)
- up to 25 people $25.00
- 26 to 100 people $50.00
- 101 to 250 people $100.00
- over 250 people $250.00
The Fees must be paid at least 60 days in advance by cash, credit card or cheque (payable to The Niagara Parks Commission), delivered in person or cheques mailed to The Niagara Parks Commission, Community Services, 5881 Dunn Street, Niagara Falls, Ontario L2G 2N9.
Please note this permit fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure the Group follows all of Niagara Parks' Pavilion Regulations.
