New Year's Eve in Queen Victoria Park - FREE

Celebrate Canada's largest FREE New Year's Eve Extravaganza! This year's roster of musical talent includes: legendary rockers STYX, Canadian icons Glass Tiger, up and coming Canadian talent and winner of this summer’s inaugural youDiscover music competition Moeraes Fate, as well as runner up Robyn Dell’Unto. The party begins at 8 p.m. ET Canada on Global will nationally broadcast this free concert at 11pm. This exciting show draws approximately 30,000 people each year, with two spectacular fireworks displays that will take place at 9 p.m. and midnight. As always, the presence of security and policing will be on-site to ensure people's safety throughout the night.

Visit Niagara Parks to enjoy the 27th Annual Winter Festival of Lights, from dusk until 10 p.m. every night from November 7, 2009 until January 4, 2010. Beautiful light displays are located close to the Falls throughout Queen Victoria Park and Dufferin Islands Nature Area. Join us for fireworks on each Friday during the Festival at 9 p.m. While you're here, check out the Rink at the Brink - a magical outdoor Niagara Falls ice skating experience just steps from the Falls!

Floral Showhouse Annual Christmas Display - FREE

Discover traditional red, white and pink Poinsettias as well as many unusual varieties and forms. Cyclamen, Azaleas, Christmas Cactus and Paperwhite Narcissus add to this spectacular Festival of Winter Colours. As final touches, the Floral Showhouse is adorned with lights, garland, ribbon and many other Christmas surprises. The free flying tropical birds throughout all the display houses add to the Christmas merriment. Come and experience the sights, scents and sounds of Christmas at the Niagara Parks Floral Showhouse.
