The Niagara Parks Commission is committed to providing our guests with a quality, friendly and positive experience while visiting the Niagara Falls area. A key initiative in this regard is the consistent enforcement of Licensing Rules and Regulations that govern sightseeing operations on Niagara Parks property.
Application Packages
Please carefully review all the materials provided under "Licensing" on this website, to ensure that you provide all the documentation required to process your applications quickly. Sightseeing Operators should submit applications and documentation to the Rapidsview Licensing Office and arrange to have all drivers and guides visit the Licensing Office to write the Guide test. The Guide test must be rewritten each year.

Class 1 Sightseeing vehicle (1-6 passenger) ................................$ 100.00
Class 2 Sightseeing vehicle (more than 6 passenger) ...................$ 150.00

Rapidsview Licencing Office
The Licensing Office is located at the Rapidsview Parking Lot on the Niagara Parkway, south of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls between Dufferin Islands and Kingsbridge Park. Rapidsview is opposite Marineland and is also accessible from Marineland Parkway (take the McLeod Road exit from the QEW).
Rapidsview has ample bus parking and is the main terminal for the Niagara Parks People Mover bus system. A lounge is provided for your convenience adjacent to the Licensing Office.

Licensing Office Hours of Operation
Groups of five or more should call in advance for an appointment.
Jan 1 - February 24 CLOSED
March 15 to September 1 Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
February 25 to March 14 - Monday to Friday 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Note: closed for Good Friday March 21 and Easter Monday March 24.)
