Niagara Parks Botanical Gardens to Host Fall Plant Sale

Niagara Falls, ON – The Niagara Parks Commission’s (NPC) Botanical Gardens & School of Horticulture is pleased to announce a public Fall Perennial Plant Sale on Saturday, September 24 from 9 – 11 a.m.

A variety of plants will be available, all propagated at the Botanical Gardens. NPC staff and Master Gardener volunteers will be on-site to answer questions. Quantities are limited, so be sure to arrive early for the best selection.

Located at 2565 Niagara Parkway, Niagara Falls, Ontario, the Niagara Parks School of Horticulture is proud to celebrate its 75th year of operation in 2011. The Niagara Parks School of Horticulture is a family of students, staff and alumni whose passion for the art, science and mystery of horticulture is evident in superior education, research, leadership and stewardship of their gift to the world – the Botanical Gardens. 

Created in 1885, The Niagara Parks Commission is an Agency of the Government of Ontario. It is NPC’s mission to protect the natural and cultural heritage along the Niagara River for the enjoyment of visitors while remaining financially self-sufficient.
