Season Opening Events at Niagara Parks

Niagara Falls, ON – The Niagara Parks Commission (NPC) is pleased to announce a new season of exciting events to help launch the 2011 tourism season. NPC staff have been working hard over the past several weeks to re-beautify the Parks and get it ready to welcome all those who will be visiting its sites, gardens and attractions this year.

A formal news conference will be held on April 29 to provide additional details on the opening launch weekend and other fun-filled events to be held during the upcoming tourism year. “This launch weekend is our opportunity to extend an invitation to all those considering a visit to Niagara,” said NPC Chair Fay Booker, “We want people to know that there is more to do and see in Niagara and in Niagara Parks, and we want everyone to be inspired by the experiences they have while they’re here”.
