Media Advisory: Niagara Parks Bouldering Announcement

Niagara Falls, ON – The Niagara Parks Commission (NPC) is pleased to announce a new Bouldering Program in support of the conservation of the Niagara Glen Nature Area. Based on a new bouldering policy established by NPC with input from the Ontario Access Coalition (OAC), permits will now be issued for bouldering within the Glen to encourage safe access  by users, while protecting the greatest concentration of species at risk in Ontario.

All are invited to attend to learn more about bouldering at the Niagara Glen:

Complimentary parking on site.

WHAT:
NPC Interim Chair Janice Thomson will launch the new Bouldering Program with the support of boulderer representatives from the Ontario Access Coalition.  NPC and OAC representatives will be on-site to answer questions and Bouldering Permits will be available for purchase ($20 fee and signed waiver required).
