Upcoming Weekend Events at Niagara Parks

Niagara Falls, ON – The Niagara Parks Commission is preparing for a great U.S. Memorial Day Weekend with its popular Falls Fireworks and free concerts leading the way. On Friday, Sunday and U.S. holiday Monday, concerts will take place at 8 p.m. on the Illumination Tower Stage in Queen Victoria Park, followed by Falls Fireworks at 10 p.m.

Niagara Parks Police Exhibit – Table Rock Grand Hall, Lower Level
Founded in 1887, the Niagara Parks Police has a long history of serving the needs of millions of visitors annually. This special exhibit will feature interpretive displays, archive photos, artifacts and uniforms of the past to share this interesting history. NPC Police Dog, Nia, will also make several guest appearances throughout the weekend.

Annual Hydrangea Display at the Floral Showhouse
The Niagara Parks Floral Showhouse is currently featuring its annual Hydrangea Display. Features include hanging baskets, some over five feet wide, overflowing with colourful Hydrangeas, as well as forced Foxglove and Delphinium will their spectacular display of blues, pinks and white. Located at 7145 Niagara Parkway a short walk south of the Falls, admission to this beautiful venue is FREE. The Floral Showhouse is open daily from 9:30 a.m. - 8 p.m. Parking is available on-site.

While visiting the Floral Showhouse, visitors are encouraged to check out the new ‘Shop in the Garden’, featuring fresh floral arrangements, gift baskets and flowering potted plants as well as garden and giftware.

The Niagara Parks Commission is an Agency of the Government of Ontario. It is NPC’s mission to protect the natural and cultural heritage along the Niagara River for the enjoyment of visitors while remaining financially self-sufficient.
