During the summer months, your first stop should be at one of our Welcome Centers. Our staff will be happy to provide assistance and information that will make the most of your visit. You can purchase your Niagara Falls & Great Gorge Adventure Passes, then receive your People Mover "Ride All Day" sticker and make timed-ticket reservations for your entries to Journey Behind the Falls, White Water Walk and the Butterfly Conservatory.
If you purchased a voucher for your Adventure Pass on-line before your trip to Niagara, exchange the voucher for the Adventure Pass tickets at one of these Welcome Centers or at any of the Attractions on the Pass.
Welcome Centers are located at key pedestrian entrance points to Queen Victoria Park, the parkland beside the Falls:
- Table Rock Center (inside the mall near the brink of the Horseshoe Falls)
- Maid of the Mist (outside the Maid of the Mist ticket booths)
- Clifton Hill (at the intersection of Clifton Hill and Falls Avenue, opposite Oakes Garden Theatre)
- Murray Street (near Queen Victoria Place, below the Fallsview Tourist Area and Fallsview Casino Resort)
The Welcome Centers open daily at 9:00 a.m., June through August.
