ATTRACTIONS

While Niagara Falls itself is always open for viewing, each Niagara Parks attraction, restaurant and shop has its own hours of operation throughout the year. For detailed seasonal information, please see our hours of operation.

Please note that all hours are subject to change. If you are checking hours of operation for a future visit, we recommend checking back closer to your visit to reconfirm.

The Niagara Falls Adventure Pass includes one-time admission to top Niagara Parks attractions, 2-day WEGO bus access, and bonus perks at Niagara Parks restaurants, gift shops and other area attractions with savings up to 30%. The Niagara Falls Adventure Pass Plus bundles five of Niagara’s classic attractions to offer one memorable experience at Niagara Parks and unlimited access to the Falls Incline Railway and WEGO bus system for two consecutive days. The Niagara Falls Adventure Pass Plus is your ticket to the most popular experiences Niagara has to offer, including the all-new Niagara Parks Power Station, with savings up to 38%.
Admission tickets and attraction packages purchased from our website can be redeemed by bringing a printed copy of your digital ticket(s) or purchase confirmation to any Niagara Parks Welcome Centre or attraction. You’ll receive a Niagara Parks map and scan card loaded with your attraction admissions and coupons upon redeeming your purchase.

If you’re unable to print your digital ticket(s) or purchase confirmation, simply present a copy on your mobile device at any Niagara Parks Welcome Centre or attraction to redeem your purchase. Look for special "Online Purchaser" lines to fast-track your adventure!

Timed ticketing is available, but not required to visit a Niagara Parks attraction. You are welcome to enjoy our attractions whenever works best for your schedule!

If you would like to take advantage of timed ticketing, visit a Welcome Centre or any Niagara Parks attraction and we will be happy to help you pre-book a time.
The one-time admission for attractions included in the Niagara Falls Adventure Pass, Falls Pass, and Adventure Pass Plus are good until October 31st, 2022.
Yes! Individual tickets for most attractions can be purchased at any Niagara Parks Welcome Centre or attraction. Individual attraction tickets can also be purchased on our website.
Pets are permitted in any public, outdoor park space, however only service animals are permitted inside Niagara Parks attractions. We kindly ask that all animals be kept on a leash and in the owner's control at all times.
Niagara Parks is located in Niagara Falls, Canada. The attractions included in the pass are valid only on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls.
PARKING

There are a number of small, free parking locations in the north and south end of Niagara Parks. Major parking lots in Niagara Parks are either gated or metered. Daily parking passes are available for $26.55 + HST at all major lots, allowing re-entry at almost all Niagara Parks lots for one calendar day. No, overnight parking is not available at Niagara Parks.
Annual Parking Passes may be purchased in person or online. In-person purchases can be made at any pay and display machine, or at the Falls Parking Office located at 6635 Niagara Parkway, inside of Parking Lot A.
Online parking pass purchases can be redeemed at the Falls Parking Office located at 6635 Niagara Parkway, inside of Parking Lot A. Bring a printed copy of your purchase confirmation or show a digital copy on a mobile device.

If you’ve purchased an Annual Parking Pass from a pay and display machine and would like to exchange your thermal paper pass for a printed copy, you may do so at the Falls Parking Office.
Yes. Please contact the Guest Services Centre by phone (1-877-642-7275) or email us at info@niagaraparks.com to arrange to have your Annual Parking Pass(es) mailed to you.

COVID-19

Proof of vaccination is not required to dine indoors at Niagara Parks restaurants and fast casual eateries. Proof of vaccination is not currently required to enter Niagara Parks attractions.
Niagara Parks continues to follow the guidance of our provincial public health officials in all operational decisions related to COVID-19. In accordance with the regulations implemented on March 21, 2022 by the Government of Ontario, guests are no longer required to wear face coverings indoors at Niagara Parks, with the exception of accessing our transportation services including WEGO and the Falls Incline Railway. We support the individual choices of those who wish to continue wearing face coverings at our sites and ask that guests be courteous and respectful in maintaining appropriate physical distance from others where possible.

Last bus South, leaving Whirlpool Aero Car (to Rapidsview) at 11:00pm

No, the Niagara-on-the-Lake shuttle is not currently operating. We do not have a tentative resumption date at this time.
WEGO bus passes can be purchased in person at any Niagara Parks attraction or Welcome Centre.
EVENTS

The Falls Fireworks Series at Niagara Parks dazzles visitors over the American and Canadian Horseshoe Falls, starting May 20, 2022, nightly at 10:00 p.m. until October 10, 2022.
The Falls Illumination happens every night beginning at dusk. Please see our Falls Illumination page for a full schedule, including special illumination dates.
ACCESSIBILITY

Admission fares and fees are waived across all Niagara Parks attractions and transportation systems for accessibility support persons accompanying a person with a disability.
Guests with an Accessible Parking Permit are required to pay if they wish to park at a paid Niagara Parks parking lot. With an original parking receipt, guests with an Accessible Parking Permit can re-park for free, on the same day, at any paid Niagara Parks parking lot.
We have a limited number of wheelchairs available for loan at Table Rock Welcome Centre. There is also one wheelchair available at the Butterfly Conservatory and Floral Showhouse. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
