Chef Elbert Wiersema
Holland-born Chef Elbert Wiersema graduated with a culinary degree in 1985 and went on to work for recognized establishments in Paris, London and Bermuda, before moving to Canada in 2002. His culinary philosophy and style are firmly rooted in classic French cuisine with Pacific Rim and Caribbean undertones.
Chef Elbert celebrates Ontario’s bountiful harvest and seasonal farm-fresh ingredients in his delicious Chef’s Dinner menu.
