Spend an evening surrounded by stunning parkland, while you enjoy the flavours of the Niagara River corridor at Niagara Parks’ oldest property – McFarland House.
On July 20th, the historic home in Niagara-on-the-Lake will be transformed to host the next Pop-up Dinner, featuring locally inspired menus prepared by Niagara Parks chefs.
Nestled along the Niagara River Recreation Trail and famous for its Afternoon Tea, you can expect a delightful display of exquisite dishes, paying tribute to the delicious foods and beverages sourced from farms and purveyors across the Niagara region and the province of Ontario.
You’ll taste foods like Manitoulin Island Rainbow Trout Napoleon, Quinoa and Sweet Potato Chile, decadent desserts and of course, Craft Beer and VQA Wines. There truly is something for everyone! At Niagara Parks, our culinary philosophy of promoting local food is at the root of all the dishes our chefs prepare at all five of our Feast On Certified restaurants.
Story-telling is important to all of us at Niagara Parks. Guests of the Pop-up Dinner are treated to illuminating (and sometimes comical!) stories from our experts and fascinating guest speakers who proudly represent the amazing local food and drink items that we showcase in each carefully designed menu.
