Ice Carving Demonstration

February 13 | 12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. | Falls Incline Plaza

Watch ice artist Danielle O’Rourke bring an impressive ice heart sculpture to life during a live demonstration. Feel the excitement as each cut reveals new details, turning frozen blocks into a sparkling work of art.

Once finished, the sculpture will stay on display in the Falls Incline Plaza throughout the weekend, offering a must‑see (and must‑photograph!) highlight.

Frozen Falls Icewine Bar

February 14 – 15 | 11:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. | Table Rock Bistro + Wine Bar

Soak in the sparkling, frozen beauty of Niagara Falls then cozy up with seasonal sips and bites at Table Rock Bistro + Wine. Warm up with mulled wine, winter comfort foods or an Icewine tasting paired with your choice of French onion soup or a sweet Icewine apple crumble drizzled in decadent Icewine caramel.

Weather permitting, the Icewine tasting experience may be enjoyed on the bistro patio.
