Admission tickets and attraction packages purchased from our website can be picked up/redeemed by presenting your order confirmation on your phone/mobile device at any available Niagara Parks attraction. You can also present a printed copy of your order confirmation if preferred. You’ll receive a Niagara Parks map and scan card loaded with your attraction admissions and coupons upon redeeming your purchase. |
Timed ticketing is not required for the Wonder Pass Plus. For experiences that include a specific show time, such as the Power Pass, Niagara Parks Power Station Guided Tours, and the Currents Sound and Light show, you will be prompted to choose a date and time during checkout for those specific experiences only. |

Yes! Individual tickets for most attractions can be purchased at any Niagara Parks Welcome Centre or attraction. Individual attraction tickets can also be purchased on our website. |
Pets are permitted in any public, outdoor park space, however only service animals are permitted inside Niagara Parks attractions. We kindly ask that all animals be kept on a leash and in the owner's control at all times. |
Niagara Parks is located in Niagara Falls, Canada. The attractions included in the pass are valid only on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. | PARKING |
Major parking lots in Niagara Parks are either gated or metered. Daily parking passes are available to add on to your online purchase for $31.50 + HST. Daily parking passes cover parking and re-entry at almost all major lots for one calendar day. For a full list of Niagara Parks parking lots and their locations please visit Getting Around. There are also a number of small, free parking locations in the north and south end of Niagara Parks. |

Bring a printed copy of your purchase confirmation or show a digital copy on a mobile device. If you’ve purchased an Annual Parking Pass from a pay and display machine and would like to exchange your thermal paper pass for a printed copy, you may do so at the Falls Parking Office. |

Proof of vaccination is not required to dine indoors at Niagara Parks restaurants and fast casual eateries. Proof of vaccination is not currently required to enter Niagara Parks attractions. |
Niagara Parks continues to follow the guidance of our provincial public health officials in all operational decisions related to COVID-19. In accordance with the regulations implemented on March 21, 2022 by the Government of Ontario, guests are no longer required to wear face coverings indoors at Niagara Parks. Admission fares and fees are waived across all Niagara Parks attractions and transportation systems for accessibility support persons accompanying a person with a disability. |
Guests with an Accessible Parking Permit are required to pay if they wish to park at a paid Niagara Parks parking lot. With an original parking receipt, guests with an Accessible Parking Permit can re-park for free, on the same day, at any paid Niagara Parks parking lot. |
Several hotels in Niagara Falls have purchased their own scooters and/or have wheelchairs available to loan to guests. There are also a number of local wheelchair rental options available, to view these options please see our Accessibility FAQ’s. We have a limited number of wheelchairs available for loan at Table Rock Welcome Centre. There is also one wheelchair available at the Butterfly Conservatory and Floral Showhouse. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved. Since there is a limited number of wheelchairs available, you may wish to bring your own wheelchair or scooter. |
