Discover the magic of winter at the Frozen Falls Icewine Bar, a limited‑time experience at Table Rock Bistro & Wine Bar. Set against the breathtaking icy backdrop of the Horseshoe Falls, this seasonal pop‑up invites guests to savour Niagara’s world‑renowned Icewine during the Niagara Icewine Festival.
Over two weekends in January, guests can enjoy a curated pairing of Niagara’s finest VQA Icewine, comforting seasonal dishes, and striking ice artistry, all within a cozy winter‑inspired setting at the brink of the Falls.
Tasting Experience
Begin your visit by taking in the frozen beauty of Niagara Falls, then warm up with a curated selection of seasonal food and drinks, from savoury winter favourites to mulled wine. This family‑friendly experience also welcomes younger guests with cozy ambiance and complimentary hot chocolate.
Your Icewine tasting includes one‑ounce pours paired with your choice of French onion soup or Icewine apple crumble topped with Icewine caramel sauce.
The pairing experience is $23 per person (plus HST). Weather permitting, tastings may be enjoyed on the bistro patio.
Tasting Sessions with a Pioneer of Canadian Icewine
Enjoy complimentary Icewine tastings with Donald Ziraldo, the pioneer who helped create Canadian Icewine and bring it to international acclaim. Ziraldo will host intimate tasting sessions, sharing insights into Niagara’s unique winter harvest and his newest estate‑grown Icewine.
Tasting sessions during the Frozen Falls Icewine Bar are offered daily at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Walk‑ins only; with limited capacity.
Ice sculptures
The pop‑up showcases custom‑carved ice sculptures and a striking ice bar by Iceculture Inc., led by renowned ice artists Julian and Heidi Bayley. With nearly 30 years of partnership with the Niagara Icewine Festival, Iceculture brings both craftsmanship and Icewine heritage to the experience. Their creations offer eye‑catching visual moments and interactive photo opportunities for guests to capture icy selfies beside one of Canada’s most iconic natural landmarks.
Giveaways
Guests of the Frozen Falls Icewine Bar will be automatically entered to win Niagara Takes Flight tickets and Icewine Discovery Passes.
