New Orchid Show at the Floral Showhouse

Spring arrives early at the Niagara Parks Floral Showhouse with the unveiling of the brand-new Orchid Show, opening on March 9.

Featuring a collection of over 1,500 expertly grown Phalaenopsis orchids, the show is filled with bright colours and gorgeous blooms that will offer a warm escape from the lingering winter temperatures. The Orchid Show draws inspiration from the upcoming Total Solar Eclipse happening in Niagara Falls on April 8, 2024. This is also the first time in its nearly 80-year history that the Floral Showhouse will open an Orchid Show to the public. The Showhouse had originally planned its first-ever Orchid Show for the spring of 2020; however, it never opened due to the pandemic. Visitors to this year’s Orchid Show will be transported to an enchanting paradise filled with delicate orchid varieties in a kaleidoscope of colours.
