Niagara Parks to Hold Virtual Public Information Centres for Accessibility Plan

Niagara Falls, ON – Niagara Parks will hold two virtual public information centres on Wednesday, December 7th from 2 to 3pm and from 6 to 7pm, to provide an overview of the organization’s multi-year accessibility plan. These two sessions will provide the same updates. The online sessions will provide the opportunity for input from attendees on Niagara Parks public accessibility strategy and initiatives.

Niagara Parks strives at all times to provide its goods and services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of persons with disabilities. The organization is dedicated to giving persons with disabilities the same opportunities or reasonable alternatives to access its experiences and continues to invest in enhancing its commitment in this area across its operations. Recent initiatives have included increased accessible parking locations, installation of ramps and tactile plates, addition of seated areas, and improvements to accessible washrooms.
