What is Niagara Parks?
Niagara Parks is an agency of the Government of Ontario whose role is to protect and preserve the lands along the Niagara River Corridor, including the Niagara Falls.

Is entrance to the park free?
Yes, there is no fee to enter Niagara Parks. Most lots are paid parking lots.

How can I add a ticket for the Voyage to the Falls boat tour?

How do I pick my date of arrival?
You don't have to! When buying online, the Adventure Pass Classic, Falls Pass, or Adventure Pass Plus is valid for redemption any time until the end of the validity period. When you arrive at Niagara Parks, one of our attraction staff would be happy to assist with redeeming your Pass. Not sure how long your Pass is valid? Validity dates vary by Pass, to check the validity dates of your order please refer to the Instructions section of your e-ticket. Validity dates for attraction tickets and Passes are also noted for each attraction/Pass in our Online Store.

Are there special guidelines in place?
Niagara Parks continues to follow the guidance of our provincial public health officials in all operational decisions related to COVID-19. In accordance with the regulations implemented on March 21, 2022 by the Government of Ontario, guests are no longer required to wear face coverings indoors at Niagara Parks. We support the individual choices of those who wish to continue wearing face coverings at our sites and ask that guests be courteous and respectful in maintaining appropriate physical distance from others where possible.

What is WEGO?
WEGO is the hop-on, hop-off visitor transportation system that connects all Niagara Parks locations to many hotels in Niagara as well as other Niagara Falls tourism areas. Three WEGO lines all connect at the brink of the Canadian Horseshoe Falls at Table Rock Welcome Centre.
