
The Friendship Cup
Join competitors from Canada and the United States for the annual Friendship Cup tournament at the premier Legends on the Niagara Golf Complex.
The Friendship Cup tournament is a 54-hole scratch event for senior amateurs proudly hosted by Niagara Parks Golf. The 2025 event will be played over the challenging Battlefield course which hosted the 2004 LPGA Canadian Women’s Open. The tournament qualifies for both Golfweek and World Amateur Golf Rankings (WAGR).
The 2025 entry fee is $650 USD. Entry includes a welcome reception & dinner; welcome gifts; 4 rounds of golf with cart; use of the practice range; closing luncheon and tournament prizes.

7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. – Player registration
8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. – First round tee times
6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. – Welcome dinner at Legends on the Niagara
Wednesday, June 25, 2025
8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. – Second round tee times
Thursday, June 26, 2025
8:30 a.m. – Final round shotgun
1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. – Closing luncheon and awards presentation
Tournament Format
- Four divisions:
- Senior (55-64)
- Super Senior (65-69)
- Legends (70-74)
- *Super Legends (75+)
- The field is limited to a total of 90 players.
- Crystal awards and golf shop gift certificates will be awarded to individual and divisional champions.
*Super Legends will require at least 8 players to qualify as a separate division. Entrants will otherwise compete in the Legends division.
