Celebrating Women in Golf

Niagara Parks Golf is excited to introduce the Women’s Golf Invitational to be played over the Battlefield course at Legends on the Niagara.

Legends on the Niagara opened for play in 2001 and the Battlefield course has played host to a great many important golf events including the 2004 LPGA Canadian Women’s Open won by Meg Mallon. In 2014, Brooke Henderson became the first Canadian to be ranked number one in the Women’s World Amateur Rankings and broke the course record on Battlefield on her way to winning an event on Golf Canada’s Women’s Tour.

Includes:

  • Cart & use of practice range
  • Welcome gift bag
  • Lunch in the clubhouse
  • Hole-in-one prize & other on-course contests
  • Dinner in the clubhouse*

$150 / per person

Tournament Format

  • Open to all adult women
  • Enter as a team
  • 30 team entries max
  • 2-person team scramble: One player has a handicap of 24 or less, the second player has a handicap of 25 or more or both players can have a handicap of 25 or more.

Agenda

  • 11:00 a.m. registration
  • Lunch in the clubhouse
  • 1:00 p.m. shotgun start
  • Dinner in the clubhouse: Choose from 2 selections with glass of local wine, dessert, coffee/tea

Perks

  • Enjoy a practice round any Sunday afternoon in July or August prior to the event
  • Social & Putting Contest – Saturday August 17, 3:00-4:00 p.m. Appetizers & cash bar
