Sean Stanley

The Toronto-based quartet proudly plays Jazz, Swing and the Blues, including the music of Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Ray Charles and Erroll Garner as well as original compositions. Their music ranges from smooth and sweet to hot and fiery but is always based in the blues and improvisation.

Sean Stanley, a Jazz pianist, vocalist and bandleader from Scarborough, Ontario, Canada, overcame homelessness and adversity to become one of Toronto’s few Indigenous Jazz musicians. Alongside his talented bandmates, Sean’s group is highly sought-after in the city’s Jazz scene.
