Lezlie Harper: A History to Be Proud Of

Join us for an intimate speaking engagement with Lezlie Harper, a Fort Erie resident and owner of Niagara Bound Tours. Lezlie will share insights into several key locations in Fort Erie and their significance to the fabric of Canada’s Black history.

Rochelle Bush: Freedom Trail

February 28 | 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. | McFarland House

Join us for an inspiring discussion with Rochelle Bush, Trustee and resident historian of the Salem Chapel, BME Church Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad National Historic Site, and owner of Tubman Tours Canada. Rochelle will explore the Underground Railroad era and the early Black presence along the Niagara River on both sides of the border.
