Nothing pairs better with Icewine than the world‑renowned frozen Niagara Falls. As temperatures dip below freezing and the Falls transform into a spectacular icy display, Niagara’s winemakers head into the vineyards to handpick naturally frozen grapes, the first step in creating Canada’s iconic Icewine.
The Niagara Region is not only the largest producer of Icewine in Ontario, it’s also home to one of the province’s most anticipated winter celebrations: the Niagara Icewine Festival. So, whether you’re sipping this decadent wine beside the frozen Horseshoe Falls or raising a glass at the Cool as Ice Gala, Niagara Parks offers unforgettable ways to experience Canada’s most celebrated winter vintage.
Discover why Icewine is worth celebrating — and where you can enjoy it at Niagara Parks — below.
