Renowned across Ontario for blending local ingredients with global flavours, Tim has led top-tier culinary teams at the Air Canada Centre, the Old Mill, the Intercontinental Hotel and more. He has built menus in Muskoka resorts and award-winning restaurants, earning accolades such as Best Brunch (Toronto Life) and multiple Diner’s Choice Awards. Passionate about mentoring aspiring chefs, Tim values creativity, seasonal sourcing and enjoys exploring new dining and wine experiences across the region.
