All are invited to enjoy a soulful evening of food, friends and connection on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at Table Rock House Restaurant. This special celebration of Black History Month will feature live performances by Cinnamon Jones and the Quincy Bullen Band, along with an inspiring keynote address from Saladin Allah, an award-winning producer, author and social historian.

Guest Speaker Saladin Allah
Saladin Allah, founder of the Atlantis School for Gifted Youngsters, serves as Director of Community Engagement at the Niagara Falls Underground Railroad Heritage Center and Public Art Project Coordinator for the Niagara Falls National Heritage Area in Niagara Falls, NY. He is also the third great-grandson of freedom seeker Josiah Henson, whose story inspired the novel Uncle Tom’s Cabin.
Cinnamon Jones
Hailing from Brooklyn, NY, Cinnamon Jones hit the ground running by opening for the legendary Rick James. At just 18, she moved to the Bay Area where she was introduced to the Blues and soon found herself on stage with artists like Buddy Ace, Jessie James and the one-and-only Jeffrey Osborne.
Today, she can be found performing live music across upstate New York. Catch her centre stage in Lady of Song, a heartfelt tribute to icons like Aretha Franklin, Nina Simone and Ella Fitzgerald. When the stage lights are off, this triple-threat producer, performer and humanitarian pours her heart into teaching the next generation of talent through her Rochester-based organization, Kids That Roc.
Quincy Bullen
Quincy Bullen is a dynamic pianist, producer and performer with an infectious energy and eclectic style. His debut solo album On Q (2010), highlighted his signature, Caribbean-inspired jazz vibe and acclaimed drummer Larnell Lewis.
His music pushes boundaries, blending genres to create fresh and exciting sounds. The energetic and humorous performer has no trouble keeping audiences entertained. Quincy has graced the stages of many top festivals like the Montreal Jazz Festival and Caribana.
