Quote from Niagara Parks Chair April Jeffs

“Niagara Parks has many meaningful historical connections to Britain and the royal family. These include visits to Niagara Parks by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, along with other royal family members and, of course, the beautiful Queen Victoria Park, which was named in honour of Her Majesty’s great-great-grandmother. We are very much looking forward to celebrating the Queen’s jubilee at Niagara Parks, recognizing her unprecedented accomplishment of 70 years on the throne.”

Quote from Niagara Falls Mayor Jim Diodati

“What an amazing testament to the friendship between our countries and Queen Elizabeth II that we are celebrating with events like these throughout Canada. We wish Her Majesty heartfelt congratulations from Niagara Falls on this incredible milestone and her 70th anniversary on the throne!”
